You connect customer requirements with our product development – from the initial analysis to the right solution. Advise customers on TurnFriendly and help make complex service processes work in practice.
Your responsibilities
- Advise customers on our TurnFriendly Customer Service Management platform.
- Analyze requirements and agree on solutions with product developers.
- Present solutions clearly and engage your audience.
What you bring
- A degree in business information systems or a comparable qualification.
- Strong teaching and communication skills.
- A deep understanding of the technical implementation of new requirements.
