TurnFriendly completes TISAX® assessment again: A strong signal of trust

Why information security matters for trust and what TISAX means for TurnFriendly.

We would like to share another important update: following our 2020 assessment, TurnFriendly has once again successfully completed a TISAX® assessment.

What does that mean, and why does it matter?

TISAX® stands for Trusted Information Security Assessment Exchange and describes an assessment and exchange procedure for information security. It enables companies to demonstrate how they securely manage and protect sensitive customer and business information. This involves an information security management system (ISMS), following an approach comparable to ISO 27001.

Why does TISAX® matter to us?

Our customer experience software helps companies understand, analyse and improve experiences, with data playing a central role.

The renewed assessment provides customers, prospective customers and partners with assurance about the information security standards they expect for their data.

Trust cannot be taken for granted

Data security is a continuous process requiring the utmost care.

The assessment demonstrates our commitment to high security standards and is an important sign of trust.
