TurnFriendly contains a reporting-center, which shows all key data of interest for distribution, marketing and quality management at one glance. Reports are diagrammed or they can be displayed as PDF-file or Excel-evaluation directly on your web-browser.

This screenshot shows the homepage of the reportings. These four quadrants display realtime evaluations, which clearly show the current quality status, in order to obtain a quick overview. If evaluations are needed which the standard version doesn´t contain, we will develop individual Reports according to your expectations and wishes.

Reporting with Excel. By using Turnfriendly the controlling gets the data edited as Excel-sheets, for convenient processing.

Measurement of processing time

For optimization of business processing the measurment of processing time is an important aspect. TurnFriendly offers the possibility to calculate processing time automatically. All tasks of the daily business are measurable, a restriction doesn´t exist.

Data warehouse inclusive

Further key data, like offered products and quantities, reclamation quotas and extensive customer-related evaluations, can be generated with the integrated data warehouse of TurnFriendly. TurnFriendly loads all data in every format in its CQM-database or in the integrated data warehouse. A different system is unnecessary.
