TurnFriendly Talk

The first TurnFriendly talk took place in October 2007.The Goal was to offer a meeting where our customers and prospective customers could exchange their experiences with TurnFriendly.
The slogan in 2007 was:
„From complaint management to demand management “
We wanted to talk to our customers about the chances, which are hidden in the complaint management. That means to reach improvements both for products and services and obtaining higher sales successes.
The meeting was a full success, since very interesting discussion circles formed, whereby for example representatives of travel businesses shared their experience about the implenting of TurnFriendly right up to the productive daily work of the system, with representatives of banks.Different Workshops about new functions in TurnFriendly, also led to active discussing.Very interesting for our participants: The informative exchange from user to user.Very Intereseting for us: The feedback which we received directly.The customer quality management system TurnFriendly lives due to consistent progression what also means the reasilation of customer wishes and the conversion of feedback.For this we would like to thank you - our customers and prospective customers, because also TurnFriendly became what it is now, because of you.
